Warmly welcome. Free rental bicycle and Wifi. Good breakfast with natural orange juice.
Location a little bit far from city by car. No interest shop or restaurant neararound.
All staff very friendly & helpful. Food in the restaurant was good and value for money. Location - just on outskirts of town but mini bus provided. Local transport cheap.
No major complaints
The facilities are excellent overlooking the river. A very relaxing and enjoyable hotel. The staff goes out of its' way to be helpful.
Nice and relaxing landscape. The Irish assistant manager was very helpful and tried her best to make our stay more convenient. Free bicycle, free internet and free shuttle bus to/from airport are value added.
- Location: The resort is very near to the airport and thus, we can hear a lot of very loud noises from the airplanes, both taking off and landing, during the day time (since there is only one runway at the airport). Also, it is seperated with downtown by the old wooden bridge, which is quite inconvenient to walk in the evening. One more point: do not stay at B1 and B2 (which we stayed) if you can't stand the noise of the traffic from the street and bridge, which can be quite noisy. Breakfast: there are plenty of room to improve with their breakfast.
After just arriving from Hanoi where service and the staff were poor, we were extremely happy with all that we received from Le Bel Air. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. The accommodation is really beautiful.
Extremely nice, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful tropical garden. Very good food at the restaurant at reasonable prices. Free bicycles.
The room design is special. I had a bungalow with open bath right in the room which I did not really like. Water pressure in the shower very low. Toilet in the room has no ceiling which I found very strange. For a 3-star hotel prices are too expensive.
the loction at the river was fantastic. the old brisge is next to the hotel so tou are quicker in town wqalking than by car or tuk-tuk. the hotel has a nice restaurant.its the nicest internet place I have ever seen, looking to the town on the shore of a lakr in the open., althoughj water is limited in Laos the bath tube was a swimming pool,
everything is even for asian circumstances too slow. the breakfeast starts from 7, but really starts at 8. the bike rental is free but takes too long. the english is weak and understanding poor.
ampi spazi e camere molto grandi e ariose. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Breakfast can be improved with more fruits and bakery!!!!
High recommonded. For us, it is the perfect travelling experience in Luang Prabang. The design for the hotel is very LAOs' style, which is our favoriate.
The staff were extremely kinda and very welcoming. The breakfast was great and the rooms were perfect, equipped with fan and air conditioner, safe and mini bar. We liked the free shuttle service to the center and they were kind enough to take us at any time. At the end of our stay we asked about a small little item they used at the hotel, where did they get it and where could we buy it, it was something out of the ordinary and to our surprise the manager let us have it as a gift. It was really nice of them. We had a great time!
Le Bel Air Boutique Resort is perfectly located on the river just a short walk or bike ride into the centre of Luang Prabang. The staff and management were very friendly and personal, always helpful and provided us with an extremely relaxing stay. The room was very comfortable with a great balcony overlooking gardens and the river. There was construction of new villas going on during our stay, however this occurred only during appropriate hours and management was continually checking on our well being and happiness!
Excellent location on the Nam Khan River, unless you prefer to be "downtown." It was quiet, which is what I like It was about a 15 minute walk to the center of the town. The hotel was clean & comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. It was as described on the website.
I have no complaints.
Great service, cleans and nice hotel.
Pretty location, generally quiet Friendly staff and management Bungalow style room, nicely decorated, unique locking mechanism for the doors! Good breakfast spread Free bike hire Free transport shuttle to town centre Free WiFi
The environment in which the hotel is set is really nice: bedrooms are large and comfortable, and they are in some kinds of wooden bungalows. There is a very large garden around, with lots of trees and a view on the river (Nam Khan). Some rooms actually have a view on the garden and river.
The staff was friendly but not very effective... I asked them to pick us up at the airport, they replied they would and never came. We booked a bus ticket (mini-van) and they told us it would pick us up at the hotel, but on the day it turned up that we had to go to the bus station (creating some time pressure). The location also wasn't the best: it is not on the same side as the historic town centre, and coming to the hotel by car is a long way around the river. So most of the times we had to walk along a rather unstable bridge to go on the right side of the river. There are a few shuttle buses going from the hotel to the centre, so it was handy.
